How would you feel if you came to work and you would not have to start working right away?
Wendy: I like to be organized and I would wonder why I wouldn't be productive every chance I would have.
Peggy: I like to start right away.
Stephanie: I wouldn't mind it but if I'm not starting my work, I'll be helping start someone elses.

If you would be able to eliminate one thing from your work, what would it be and why?
Wendy: Absolutely nothing! I love to work at Y.E.S.!
Peggy: Not to buzz people in and making copies.
Stephanie: I wish it weren't so busy all the time so the atmosphere would be a lot quieter.

What do you like best about your work?
Wendy: Being able to see my children during the day and seeing other children as well.
Peggy: THE CHILDREN!
Stephanie: 4:00 Dismissal

What are the most challenging things about your work?
Wendy: Doing many things at once.
Peggy: Juggling many things at once.
Stephanie: Getting all the jobs done before the day is done.

After a days work, what do you feel that you accomplished?
Wendy: Giving that little extra to the children.
Peggy: Helping and comforting the children.
Stephanie: I feel I learn a little about people and life each day.
